Description Throughout this course, you will be asked to document and reflect on your experience in the class. The intent of this activity is (a) to enable you to track your progress with your Environmental Footprint project, and (b) to invite you to think back on the terms, concepts, and processes you learned about throughout the week. Your journal post is intended as an exercise in metacognition or thinking about your own thinking and learning in this course. Your submissions will be evaluated by how well you cover your progress on making at least five lifestyle changes to lower your environmental footprints, and how clearly you identify and discuss content learned over the week. To prepare for this assignment, Review Chapter 7: Sustaining Our Energy Resources. Review Chapter 8: Sustaining Our Atmosphere and Climate. Ensure you have participated in all discussions and completed all other assignments and activities for the week. Complete the following: Discuss each of your five specific environmental footprint reduction actions or habits and give an update on what progress was made between Week 3 and the end of Week 4 for each item. If you experienced challenges along the way, identify them and map out a plan to move closer toward that original goal, if possible. If, after some time, an action does not seem like it will work, then you can choose a new action to replace it. Explain your learning from the 4th week of class. What are three new concepts or terms that you learned about and explain each one? How has your outlook on managing our atmosphere and climate changed because of this new knowledge? What topics might you be interested in learning more about in the future?
